Use their membership and the channels available inside and out to point out defects in UN behavior. No lack of material there. Use organizations like MEMRI and CAMERA to get the word out on incidents like these and on miscreants like John Dugard. The real question is whether Israel (and other nations but especially Israel) should be in the UN at all. I believe Israel should lead by example and walk out for good. If the representatives of the Israeli government believes that there is a greater good to being in the UN they'll have to shut up and swallow what comes with it. The place is what it is.
