The First Amendment says you have a right to speak. It doesn't grant you the right to an audience, nor does it grant you the right to a forum in which to speak. If terrorists want so speak, let them do it in their own forum - like Al Jazeera or something. To claim that the US has some moral obligation to give them a wider audience is a perversion of the First Amendment.
