CNN’s Jewish prejudice?

Funny. Christiane Amanpour’s moral equivalence-fest, the so-called “God’s Warriors” shows, were repeated both nights this weekend. And both times, the show that’s on first is “God’s Jewish Warriors.” It’s on at 9 p.m. Since it’s a two-hour show, next up, at bedtime is—the segment on Christians one night, and Muslims the other. But both nights, and indeed, when it was first run, “God’s Jewish Warriors”—a show that slants, cherry-picks, and plays up ridiculously the non-threat that are religious Jews—is on first.

Funny, that. The only show that’s been on consistently when everyone is awake enough to watch isn’t, say, the show on the religion that is actually going around murdering people by the thousands every year. Nope. Let’s concentrate on lying about Jews and Christians—because that’s where the danger really lies. Yeah. The Jerry Falwells of this world (and you know I loathed the man), they’re the ones you have to worry about hijacking planes, or strapping on bombs, or chopping off heads.

No, there’s no anti-Israel bias. Not at all.

During the first Gulf war, I was duty-stationed in the Pentagon. CNN was the only choice then for global, 24/7 news, so this is what was on.

We watched, in disgust, as some CNN reporters “embedded” themselves like blood-sucking ticks with Saddam’s minions. This used to be called treason…

Armanpour wasn’t embedded, but we called her the “war whore,” and knew that her “news” reporting was cheer leading for Arab terrorists.

Nothing of substance has changed in the past 16 years as to CNN’s bias. At least now we’ve got Fox and Sky News to give some balance.

I think we need to be fair, Meryl, and it’s only fair for CNN to point up the threat from “Jewish warriors:” the rioting over unfavorable treatments of Judaism in the media; the religious schools that both teach and train toddlers to see killing people as their highest aspiration; the Jewish suicide bombers who blow themselves up in as many civilians as they can find; and let’s not forget the rabbis who every Shabbat urge their congregations to martyr themselves by massacring civilians and the…oh, wait.

CNN has a lot to answer for. Amanpour’s screed, the Meshaal interview etc. Just pathetic.

Sorry, but I just cannot stomach FOX News. a *news* organization that fr nearly a year before the 204 elections had WHAT plastered at the bottom of the screen?

    ###Days before Bush is re-elected.

Excuse me, but that is showing bias of the most egregious sort.

I could go on, but it sickens me to think for too long about FOX Propaganda.

I rarely listen to or watch ANY major news outlet because they either ignore major aspects of stories, or, as pointed out here, tend to slant things too much 1 way or another, with no real justification. But, I have found FOX to be by far the worst in this regard.

    Mark-

Mark – Thats gonna need a cite, while I could believe that a fox commentary show would put that up, I have a hard time that one of thier ‘news’ (and I use the term loosely) shows would A) display that and B) not cause a giant hissy fit.
