Attempted destruction of a country accompanied by genocide constitute peace offers? Hoodathunkit?

Are you sure Timmy is a real Aussie? Most Aussies seem quite levelheaded to me. The degree of illogic in Timmy’s argument (genocide = peace offer) makes him sound more like an Arab or a Frog.
