Chico my Siamese katz needs daily medication, I had the same problem and got tired of forcing it down his throat and came up with this solution. I now take his 1/4 pill and put in in between a HEAVY weight strip of folded plastic sheet about six inches square [reusable], then crush it with a small hammer. By then its in powder form. I then mix it with a small amount of Fancy Feast, he then eats it without a problem. If that does not work, try a little canned tuna in water base.
Gracie will get the medication she needs, and you will not have the ordeal of forcing her to take it.
Good luck!
