It should find Jews of Middle Eastern or North African origin to pose as Palestinians who know Hebrew. And let these agents then "work" for the Iranians. Of course, it could get ticklish if they meet up with genuine Palestinians who will ask what home town they come from and what family or clan they belong to, or if they know Khaled So-and-So or the mother of Walid This-and-That. They would also have to have the right accent in Arabic. But if Mossad could finesse all that, it would be a star opportunity. What Israel should do is recruit double agents.
