Even the worst did not come near the level of thugocracy and mob rule that we see in the Arab controlled areas of (what should be) Israel know as the <i>Palestinian Authority</i> or the area of Hamastan. You owe the (fictional) cowboys of the (fictional) <i>Wild West</i> that you seem to be thinking of an apology. The real Wild West (not to mention the fictional one in movies or books) was not the anarchy that you imply.
