Why hasn&#039;t Israel moved their artillery into the area, and as soon as the rockets fly, responded with a barrage?

If every time a Qassam is launched the area where the launch took place from is flattened within a minute, the local residents will quickly learn not to allow the setup of the launchers in their neighborhoods.</description>
