Reclaiming the word “Jew” … we’ve all heard it.
One man told us it was OK to say “Jew someone down” because there were no more Jews, they were only in the Bible and were extinct like the Babylonians.
This was in 1968 and we were stationed in Turkey, directly north of a certain brief war the prior year.
Anyway, thanks for the links. Good wake up call to get busy on my blog entries again.
