And for the same reason, that is why I love New England.

I tried this experiment in Minnesota several years ago when it was -20 F and it still worked. I wonder what is the “warmest” below zero temp that will result in the same affect, and what happens when you throw room temp water into the below zero air.
Will rerun the experiment next winter.
