Vote for me today!

Don’t forget, I’m running as a write-in candidate for Virginia Senate.

Or, like some of my readers, if you’re in Jim Moron’s district, feel free to write me in against him, too.

I’ll have you know I won, hands-down, against Allen and Webb during the poll at assembly Sunday in religious school. So yes, I’ve got the too-young-to-vote vote. Watch out, George and Jimmy. I’m catching up!

  1. Alex Bensky says:

The voters of Virginia should know that Meryl Yourish has been observed masticating in public. Horrifyingly, she is a teacher who has had her students engage in thespian activities. Meryl unabashedly admits that she matriculated at a public university. She has been known to engage in osculation with members of her own family–her own family! Is this the sort of person Virginians want as their senator?

  2. hdw says:

Yes it is, in fact she already has my vote.

  3. Rahel says:

This reminds me of a poem I read when I was a child. It’s called “Bill’s in Trouble” and was written by James Barton (Breezy) Adams in 1899. Here’s the link.

  4. James Curran says:

OMG! Has Meryl actually changed the course of the election?

It’s now midnight, and with 99+% of the vote counted, Allen leads Webb by just 1756 votes (0.07%).

And there are 2263 write-in votes.
