A message to Fox News:
Oh. My. God.
Will you stop showing the damaged Merkava tank and stop babbling about the big, giant, whoopdedoo operation to recover the tank?
And will your effing moron newscasters learn how to pronounce Merkava correctly?
IT’S NOT “MURKUHVUH”!!!
The “a” is an “ah” sound.
MerkAHva.
Geez.

Fox has such disappointing news coverage in my opinion (and I am a conservative). They really do news
on-the-cheap. For the most part, their news anchors are quite silly (Brit Hume aside). They quite often will guest on each others shows. They hawk their books like crazy (I assume their salaries are substantially less than their MSM counterparts and partially compensated for by allowing publicity for their books). They, more than any other network, grab onto one subject and will run with it for hours or days. If there was a well run, truly professional conservative news network, they could quite easily displace Fox.

Whoo hoo, one tank. Wars over team, throw in the towel, pack up and go home.
Show us the rocket launches. Nothing else. 24/7 show us whats it all about.
Terrorists attacking civilians EOS.

Surprising thing with Fox coverage: not so much mispronouncing, but forgetting to blame entire Middle East conflict on Hillary, Liberals, and Democrats. They’re falling down on the job…

There are very few TV war correspondants with any active duty military experience. This clearly shows in how they respond to platoon-level tactical situations. I think that poor reporter was harping on the tank because he had nothing else to put on TV and didn’t understand how trivial the matter was.
