Let's be honest - even if the US gets what it wants, this is likely to still be a partial defeat for Israel, is it will demonstrate that after being attacked, Israel gets shut down by the international community. Yet, somehow, for three weeks, the US and France have been disagreeing, and alternating who is holding up the other one. Why, I bet they can pull this off for another few months!
