Blogging will be light today…

Blogging will be light today, as Meryl is trapped in a local hospital and undergoing a plethora of tests.

As bad as this sounds, consider if the situation were reversed and a local hospital were trapped in her and forced to undergo a plethora of tests.

Expressions of sympathy and well-wishes may be sent to her email account or posted in the comments of this post so that when (not if) she returns to full strength she will know who really loves her and who doesn’t.

Expressions of joy at her sickness should be written in magic marker on a two-by-four and shoved up your ass. (If you need assistance with this, ask your imam for help.).

Regular blogging will resume tomorrow.

UPDATE: Well, she’s not dead, but you’re supposed to break off the tip and feathers of the arrow, immobilize it, and then let the doctors do the removal.

Ha ha - just kidding. (But not about the “not being dead” part, of course. Otherwise I’d be changing templates, sticking up AdSese banners, and raking in the big bucks as the Blogosphere mourners flood the site. Wasn’t that the plan, FrankJ?)

She was watching television last night, started with a spreading numbness in vaious leftward locations, she WebMD-ed herself into calling for an ambulance.

Tests, re-tests, fell asleep inside the MRI machine, the food sucks, and she got the same shock I did when I had a phantom broken toe last year: elevated cholesterol numbers.

She will likely be unleashed upon the world again tomorrow, at which point the Hezbollah agents in America will try to finish her off once again.

I read out the well-wishes in the comments with my usual super-rusty Hebrew pronounciations.

Oh, Tig and Gracie have a full food bowl, so they’ll be fine.

That’s pretty much it, except for that S. and the boys are dropping by.
