Not that I disbelieve, but I could not find any sources for MDA helping Lebanese - could you share some?

Allegedly, Red Crescent of Brooklyn didn’t even send its ambulance to the WTC on 9/11.

I saw a report on CNN or Fox that the MDA would be around the border area, helping Lebanese civilians.
Now this popped up.
