I think he’s already vetoed a piece of legislation. The Dubai Ports Deal, perhaps?

He is about to veto the stem cell research bill. He has not vetoed Dubai. The government of Dubai removed their corporation from the port deal under protest and duress.

Veto something. That said, it’d be a terrific step if he were to tour the North. It’d drive State batty; and I’m sure it’d have other virtues, as well.
