However, the ICC is hardly an impartial body, it is biased towards the anti-Israel side, big time. IIRC it indicted Sharon for "war crimes" during its first 24 hours in existence. There is no justice to be had from the ICC, not for Israel, not for America, not for anybody who values liberty. (bleep) 'em. Of course Israeli scholars laughed at the idea, since any damages received would have been dwarfed by those from the ensuing countersuit for wages owed for 400 years of slavery. It would seem as if this proposed lawsuit would fall into a similar category.
