I had to bypass the hack. HM has been less than worthless. Since I'm not a top-20 blogger, their company policy is to pretend to provide tech support. The HM business model is to make big bloggers happy so that they'll put up buttons to praise HM and then little folk sign up and G-d help them if they need support. Thanks for the kudos.
