Movies that make no sense
I like The Replacements, but I never understood why the cheerleaders went on strike along with the players.
Why did they have to recruit a new set of cheerleaders, anyway?

Because the writers needed to set up a set of love interests and the “real” cheerleaders would never have beeninterested in the schlubs that replaced the players.
This is from logic alone as I have no intention of watching the movie.

C’mon, it’s the movies, leave logic in the lobby. “The Replacements” is a good rentable.

My mom loves that movie just for the musical number in the jail cell. And that logic works pretty well for a football movie.
