I've been debating the menu for some time now trying to decide what cute photogenic animal I should serve up on a platter. I'm leaning towards veal but lamb sure sounds great and it's one of my husband's favorites. If I knew where to buy rabbit I'd snap it up in a heart beat. Fix bayonets and happy eating! (I have a vegan friend who will EATAPITA in solidarity. Unfortunately, I'll be headed back to Atlanta tomorrow evening, so will be unable to hook up with Lair for his Trayf-Eating Festivities. But just to cover my bases, I had leg of lamb for lunch today. Nice, succulent baby lamb, with a splash of demi-glace <em>jus</em>. Maybe I'll have some beef tomorrow. Or, better yet, veal. Why, I will be in Houston. Unfortunately, I’ll be headed back to Atlanta tomorrow evening, so will be unable to hook up with Lair for his Trayf-Eating Festivities.

But just to cover my bases, I had leg of lamb for lunch today. Nice, succulent baby lamb, with a splash of demi-glace jus.
