This week’s podcast

Shire Network News is up on time this week, because we were on time sending in our parts.

My portion this week is on the Ilan Halimi torture/murder. It ran a little longer than usual, and probably a little angrier.

Tig was outside while I recorded it, so there is no find-the-yowl this week.

I just would like to point out that if you spend several hours researching the Ilan Halimi torture and murder, the last thing you want to do is put up with a French idiot in your comments threads who thinks that the murder had nothing to do with anti-Semitism, and that Jews have a “persecution fantasy” regarding it.

I suspect “Violette” has posted her last on that post.

  1. No meow in mine either.

    I think we’re losing it.

  2. Nah. I think Tig knew I was not in the right mood to be bothered. Sarah called me when I was nearly finished editing, and she didn’t want to talk to me once she figured things out.

Two hours of reading everything you can get your hands on — including French newsaper accounts — of a brutal toture and murder case is extremely unpleasant reading.

  3. Michael Lonie says:

Violetta ne sais rien de rien.

That’s “clueless” in Froggish. I looked it up in 2004 in Larousse in order to properly describe John Kerry.
