Why do I get the feeling that I’m going to get a box of tissue paper and paper towel rolls from Lair?

Lair, they really only play with the rolls once in a blue moon. And I have more than enough of them these days, what with cleaning up after Tig every day.

No, no cat stuff. Tig and Gracie don’t like cat toys. They play with rolled up napkins and tissue paper and paper towel rolls and wadded-up paper. I don’t think they sell any of that on Amazon, and, well, I kinda have enough.

Oh, it gets better. My birthday is Tuesday. On Tuesday, every single person on my side of the building is going to be in Lynchburg for some kind of conference.

Except me.

No, wait, I think the Admin may also be there, but she sits on the other side of the floor.

I told my students ahead of time that they are going to be needed to cheer Ms. Yourish up on Tuesday. I already bought us an ice cream cake.
